Busola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Nigeria and Foreign Languages from Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) and is currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Marketing at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).
Earlier in her career, she was the Head of Marketing at Light Spring Hotels, where she led innovative marketing efforts, including a cultural exchange program that brought retired Tanzanian civil servants to Nigeria to experience its rich cultural heritage.
Her outstanding performance in sales and marketing earned her recognition at the 2025 LOMA Awards, where she was honoured as the Silver Runner-Up in the Sales Executive of the Year category.
Busola is dedicated to ongoing professional growth through training and seminars focused on business development, sales strategy, and marketing communications. She is passionate about creativity, innovation, and cultivating strong client relationships that contribute to long-term brand success.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new marketing ideas and spending quality time with her family.
