The Equity Margin Loan is a financial product that enables clients (the “Borrower”) to access cash to purchase stocks or other financial products. This is to capitalize on investment opportunities in the market. The loan in the account is collateralized by the securities purchased and the equity contribution. The Borrower will be required to provide an equity contribution of thirty-five per cent (35%) of the required consideration for the purchase of the equities, while Peach Financial Services Limited provides a balance of sixty-five per cent (65%) at the prevailing interest rate. The collateral for the loan will be the equity that is being and remains in the custody of Peach Financial Services Limited.
